Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to or use of Geozation AI GEO services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Where a user acts on behalf of a legal entity, they warrant that they hold authority to bind that entity. These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction for disputes is the competent courts of Germany.

2. Scope of Services

Services include AI retrieval audit execution, citation-node placement, semantic entity structuring, LLM mention monitoring, and multilingual GEO strategy management. Deliverable specifications are defined in the individual engagement scope document. LLM retrieval outcomes are a function of third-party platform behaviour; we do not guarantee specific citation-frequency thresholds, which are provided as target benchmarks, not contractual commitments.

3. Pricing & Payments (Euros)

All fees are denominated and invoiced exclusively in Euros (€). Invoice terms:

  • Monthly or annual invoicing cadence per the agreed engagement tier.
  • Payment due within 14 calendar days of invoice date.
  • Overdue balances exceeding 30 days may result in service suspension pending payment.

4. Intellectual Property & Data

Clients retain full ownership of all brand assets and proprietary content provided for GEO execution. Geozation AI retains ownership of all proprietary monitoring infrastructure, prompt-battery systems, citation-weighting methodologies, and reporting frameworks. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered GEO content assets for the duration of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable German law, liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from LLM platform algorithm changes, third-party citation source modifications, or service interruptions outside our operational control is excluded. Direct liability is capped at the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
